Layout of progress report

At the moment: it takes up too much space.
An improved version would have:

• a scrollable list of the chapters (with their rating) on the left
• chapters should be listed in order
• • alphabetical by name
• • rating, high to low
• on the right will be the results by section for the selected chapter
• • default chapter is at the top of the list
• • student can select a chapter by clicking on it
• • the sections should be displayed in a table

Need to consider how this would look on a small screen.
