[Research] Should we support derive `Patchable` for types that is generic on lifetime

If supported, need a Cargo feature as a switch for turn on and off this support.

Known:
- Current version of derive macros doesn't support types that is generic on lifetime.
- Now `Patchable` is a subtrait of `Sized`, which make it hard to support types that is generic on lifetime.
