version of probe model

Would it be possible to add to the specification an ability to version the model of the probe? There is a "version" field, however this refers to the version of the probeinterface specification, not the probe model. I think this is important to be able to correct any mistakes that occur in models in the probeinterface library.

@bendichter we now have releases in the probeinterface_library and the probeinterface.get_probe() function accepts a tag. I think this solves the "verison" issue, but feel free to reopen in case it doesn't!
