Clarify implications of removing tag with respect to document

We anticipate needing to change the wording in the StatTag for macOS dialog where we confirm removing a tag, in order to be consistent with StatTag/StatTag#16. This ticket is just a reminder to make sure the messaging across both platforms is the same.
