Configurable project folder templates

Design a way for users to specify a project folder template that can be incorporated and shared with others.

I am taking this up! I'm starting work on designing and implementing the configurable project folder templates. I will ensure the solution is fully tested locally before pushing and raising a pull request. Expect a PR from my side soon.
