Steps to Reproduce:
I honestly don't know. I know my stockpile was stocked with palm logs and granite. I took the palm logs and sold/used them, the granite was left. Later the stockpile still showed as if it was still containing palm logs, but when opening its inventory it only showed the granite. It had collision and everything. I hammered the stockpile, which gave me the granite and the stockpile. Then i could pick up the palm logs and the granite that were in it. Basically i duplicated its content.
Expected behavior:
Well, not duplicated.

Do you have mods installed? Does the issue happen when no mods are installed?:
