USER ISSUE: Show Markers not working

Steps to Reproduce:
Set "Show/Hide Makrers" Hotkey
Use the hotkey twice

Expected behavior:
Hides and then shows Markers

Actual behavior:
Only Hides Markers, have to manually set every marker to show in the Map
