[Bug]: Incorrect schema name when submit for changes

Describe the bug

To Reproduce

1. Try to update one of the column value in table "schemaA.app_settings"
2. When submit for changes, it appears error message of "schemaB.app_settings" not exists.
3. Table is only in schemaA, not sure why detect as schemaB

Opened PR #542: #542

The submit path now resolves row insert/update/delete scope from the table tab first, so changes made from a schemaA result tab are sent with schemaA even if the active sidebar schema has moved to schemaB. Existing multi-database behavior is preserved by continuing to pass the tab value as database for those drivers.
