UI: Table of Contents (chapters/episodes list)

• List of Chapters representing different coding challenges and adventures
• Each Chapter has a clickable banner image that triggers a modal pop up with more information (episode synopsis, coding concept tackled, % completion). At the bottom of the modal are buttons to START (if % completion is 0) / CONTINUE )if % completion is <0), or GO BACK (to close the modal and return to Table of Contents)
• After selecting a Chapter and confirming it, sends User to their selected Chapter (and where they left off if applicable)
