Add RTL support.

Thanks for you great editor , its the only native block editor available for svelte , I tried it and found out it is lacking RTL feature. For now making the drag handle appear at right side (configurable) and rendering the slash menu from right to left could be a good starting point. I appreciate your time and efforts. Thank you.

At the moment, RTL support is not planned, but we’d be happy to review community contributions in this area. Since Edra is built on Tiptap, you can easily integrate RTL functionality using tiptap-text-direction. You can add it in editor.ts
