Step 5 in Methods Needs Update

QGIS updated the location and settings of the"Snapping Options." Here are the updated steps (may still need revision):

5 Set Snapping

• In the layers panel, select the layer with all avas
• Open the snapping options (Project menu → Snapping Options)
• Press the magnet button to enable snapping
• Select “Active Layer”
• Shift select “Vertex” and “Segment”
• Set Tolerance to 20 pixels,
• Select “Topological Editing”,
• Allow Overlap
• Make sure “Self Snapping” is not selected.
