[BUG] Theme (Emerald Night) from the Marketplace isn't loading properly

Description

After I download the theme (Emerald Night) from the marketplace, it doesn't automatically appear under "Appearance" It only appears as a selection option after I reload the Plugin.
Furthermore, it doesn't remain active after restarting the program.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install the "Emerald Night" Theme from marketplace
2. Check under "Settings" > "Appearance" to see if it appears

Expected Behavior

After downloading, the theme should appear under "Appearance", and load when the program starts if it was previously selected.

Already fixed — the fix just missed the v0.30.0 tag.

The theme shipped with "defaultEnabled": false, so it loaded inactive and its register() returned at the isActive() guard, contributing no theme. Reload worked only because that path hard-coded active = true. That flag is now ignored for marketplace-installed plugins (#181, #184, #185, on dev) — v0.30.0 was tagged two days before they landed.

Nothing to do on your side; it'll work on first launch of the next release. I'll close this then.
