GraphOS Platform API Feedback - Cookies setting not visible in latest version

Context

I updated Apollo Sandbox using the changelog button to the top right, and since then the "Allow cookies" section in the connection dialog is missing. We rely on cookies for authentication, so I can't send authenticated requests locally any more. Here's a screenshot from my latest version d9f158:

This is the same dialog from a slightly older version on our servers, where it still shows the "Include cookies" section.

I can't find any documentation in the change log though that mentions anything around removing this setting and how to work around it. Has it moved somewhere else, or is this a bug?
