Add support for compio. https://compio.rs. Reqwest can be replaced by https://github.com/compio-rs/cyper.

A use case should be performance. Because compio uses io-uring, iocp (on windows though) it is faster. Completion based io, great for high performance needs. (Also proactor based for massive control)
