An explanation of how you have used your Brag Diary to record your progress.
I have used the brag diary as a reminder of the obstacles I have faced and eventually managed to overcome, it helps to act as a booster for when I start doubting myself which is a lot. Though I have not used it like that I also noticed it can be used to track general learning points, like tracking and updating mental models for reference.
