Kernel crashed

It's crashed quickly

!sudo dpkg -i ./libssl1.1_1.1.0g-2ubuntu4_amd64.deb

Is there a way to repair it without package installation? Cloud platforms dont allow you to install debs, only pip.

KernelNotResponding: The kernel died unexpectedly and has been restarted. If the restart fails, restart the kernel from the Kernel menu.

@satyrmipt I am afraid, currently there is no way to resolve this without installing libssl 1.1. This problem is logged as WORDSPYTHON-5.
