WebACS: Properties not loaded

Sometimes, if a model is loaded, it is not possible anymore to see any properties (neither component nor event channel).
It happened a few times, but now I'm sure it depends on the loaded model.

I've attached an example model, where the WebACS refuses to load the properties window on the right side.

Is this reproducible on other machines?
