Pingbacks from source

An interesting idea for the extension would be to be able to create a link from the source to the new topic. This is quite hard because the source could be anything, but maybe for certain kinds of documents we could add support. For example, if you create a topic from Jira, we could link to the Jira from the new topic but also create a comment in the Jira with a link to the topic.
