"Blessing of Zim'Torga" and "Blessing of Zim'Rhuk" quests in Zuldrak are not repeatable

1. .quest a 12615

3. Turn in quest
4. See that Zim'Torga offers Blessing of Zim'Torga as a regular quest (yellow exclamation point) instead of repeatable turn-in (blue question mark)
5. Complete Blessing of Zim'Torga once

Zim'Rhuk

1. .quest a 12655
2. .tele zimrhuk
3. Turn in quest
4. See that Zim'Rhuk offers Blessing of Zim'Rhuk as a regular quest (yellow exclamation point) instead of repeatable turn-in (blue question mark)
5. Complete Blessing of Zim'Rhuk once

Careful about removing quests via commands it sometimes makes exclamation marks/points disappear from the statues.

Current Behaviour

The quests Blessing of Zim'Torga and Blessing of Zim'Rhuk can only be completed once, as they are no longer offered by their respective questgivers (Zim'Torga and Zim'Rhuk) after they are completed for the first time.

Expected Blizzlike Behaviour

Blessing of Zim'Torga and Blessing of Zim'Rhuk should be infinitely repeatable once they become available to allow players to obtain the buff as many times as they want.

Blessing of Zim'Torga and Blessing of Zim'Rhuk are both marked as repeatable on Wowhead.

The current behavior is also inconsistent with all the other similar buff giving quests, including the related quest Blessing of Zim'Abwa which is also marked as repeatable on Wowhead and works as expected on CC.

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Complete The Blessing of Zim'Rhuk to make Blessing of Zim'Rhuk available
2. Complete Blessing of Zim'Rhuk
3. Blessing of Zim'Rhuk is no longer offered after the first time its completed

1. Complete The Blessing of Zim'Torga to make Blessing of Zim'Torga available
2. Complete Blessing of Zim'Torga
3. Blessing of Zim'Torga is no longer offered after the first time it's completed
