Not able to upload image in comment when s3 is enabled

When I'm trying to upload an image in card comment, i'm getting a following error in javascript console:

activestorage.esm-81bb34bc.js:592 Connecting to 'https://fizzy-production-activestorage.foobar.upcloudobjects.com/xxxyyyzzz?X-Amz-Algorithm=AWS4-HMAC-SHA256&X-Amz-Credential=(redacted) violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "connect-src 'self'". The action has been blocked.

All i had to do was to set ENV var:

CSP_CONNECT_SRC: https://fizzy-production-activestorage.foobar.upcloudobjects.com
