Capture Logs on Node Startup

Enhance the [rt:deploy_nodes](https://github.com/basho/riak_test/blob/master/src/rt.erl#L295) function to optionally enable log capture -- allowing tests to verify the presence of log messages emitted during the Riak startup process.
