Question about very little GPU usage

I'm doing a favour for a friend by running this on my machine. Specs: Ryzen 5 3600, RTX 3060ti, 16GB Ram.

I've tried many different ways to get it to run properly (using different combinations of -beagle_gpu, -beagle_order, -beagle_auto) etc.
On my friends laptop, cpu and GPU usage goes upto about 50% and he gets decent speeds. Although mine states it is using the RTX 3060ti as its resource, GPU usage on my PC stays at 1% and I get very slow speeds. Equally, if I run on the CPU, the CPU usage skyrockets (as expected), but I get similarly slow speeds.
