Add more info to readme

Adding screenshots on the readme of the home page which shows how the application looks like and what it does.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Add screenshot of the application
• Add screenshot of application with output with a brief explanation of what is being done

Additional context
Installation ways can be shown in a tabular format. A brief explanation of the graph. Basically, anyone reading the readme must be able to understand what the application does.

Adding the good first issue as anyone starting with the application - this issue will help in understanding the application.

Images of deployment instructions is not necessary, as it is just few commands to follow (also focusing on this too much would be irrelevant as of now, since it will change in future). However, application screenshot makes more sense as it would give clear idea about the application along with the results and it would take sometime to develop new frontend component.
