"[SBAN] Empty query, retrying connection." Random Error

This error appears to occur now and again at random. I'm unsure why. It's implying connection was lost to the MySQL Server, although in my instance, the MySQL Server is running locally (localhost), so connection can't actually, physically be broken.

Due to this error, banned players are able to join. Sorry I'm unable to provide any further information as to what's causing this, although if you have a better idea or any questions, please do feel free to ask.

I've seen this happen before if the sql server gets sent an invalid query or something similar.
Do you have the logs from just before this happens?
Is it used with mysqloo?

It looks to be an issue where the player is joining, around authentication.

I too am having this problem. Everything about it is the same. If I try to ban using the addon, my server crashes and restarts, but can't be connected to.

@iamgiygas My Server isn't crashing at all, just getting these errors now and again which allow banned players to still be able to join. The issue is still happening.

Seems to be an ongoing issue since the February GMod update. Everyone who's banned is able to join the Server. Everything else is functioning just fine though (submitting bans, ULX's ban list, etc.).

I'm still having this issue too, this is getting ridiculous. I hope it gets fixed soon.
