Allow user to download the current version of the oncotree as text file

Niki suggested to add a download button in the page to allow the user to download the data as text file.
Need to make a call to api/tumor_types.txt

Ability to download the taxonomy tree as a CSV or a JSON would be highly appreciated

I would appreciate if it were available as a plain CSV or JSON instead of API for simplicity. Thank you
