Create a SDK for JVM-languages

I think it would be great to support JVM-Languages.

I started working on it, targetting Java 11+ (2018 seems far enough : older versions are much less pleasant to work with).

Is the setAsEnv() method absolutely required ? The makers of Java had a pretty strong opinion about environment variables: they should be read-only. For this reason there is no standard way to set environment variables from within a running JVM program.

One alternative would be to use system properties which can be edited at runtime :

SecretSpec.builder()
          .withPath("secretspec.toml")
          .withProvider("my-provider")
          .withReason("example")
          .load()
          .setAsSystemProperties(); // alternative to setAsEnv()

And later :

var databaseUser = System.getProperty("DATABASE_USER"); // standard syntax.
