Bug description

Federated timeline is listed as disabled.
While the timeline is generally disabled on the server, it's still available for my account after requesting to restore it. I can access the federated timeline on mastodon.social but not on phanpy.social

To reproduce

1. Go to mastodon.social federated timeline
2. See the message that it's disabled

Expected behavior

Federated timeline is available.

Sorry how do you "request to restore it"?

I replied to @staff@mastodon.social's post about disabling the public timelines that I really liked the feature and through private messages they informed that they would re-enable the feature for my account.
