de Translation missing "post.title"

Bug description

Clicking a post to see its detailed view (with possible replies), it always shows "post.title" in the top row, see attached screen shot.

To reproduce

1. Go to phanpy instance (using multiple columns, should that matter)
2. Click on a post to see more of it.
3. Find the post.title at the top

Expected behavior

Either nothing there or something thats an actual title (i wouldn't know what that would be, so nothing would probably be it).

What's the display language you're using? (Settings → Display language)

Aha! Its German. If i switch to english it displays just "Post", so something missing in the translation.

It's fixed here #1474 - someone literally put "post.title" in the translations 🙈, I removed it on Crowdin (it'll fallback to english if empty). Now I'll leave this to translators to fill in the missing translation.

As for now, will have to wait until the next stable release of Phanpy is released 🙇‍♂️
