Sorry for the delay! I'm only just now seeing this. We actually don't appear to have any decent tests on Sutherland. This is easy enough to fix - but if you are using Sutherland, any chance you have some test cases?

Firstly I think we don't need Sutherland law when we do LTE simulations since we get that from the library already as a property depending on the state. But we can leave it out to just have an option. As to the test case I ran the Compressible Taylor Green Vortex (CPG) with Sutherland law of viscosity and verified it.

Thanks Cherith, probably just safe to fix the typo then and go with it, then. I thought we had a unit test on it already but if not I'll add.
