I am experiencing a persistent issue where Cloudrave continuously loses its credentials. Regardless of how many times I reconnect the application, it disconnects again shortly after, forcing me to repeat the process. This makes the software practically unusable as it requires constant manual intervention.
I have attempted the following troubleshooting steps without success:
Completely uninstalled and reinstalled the program.
Remapped my drive to a brand new folder to rule out any file permission or corruption issues in the original directory.
Unfortunately, these steps did not resolve the issue; the problem persists exactly as before.
Attachments: I have attached relevant log files and screenshots illustrating the error.
During these disconnects, I frequently see the following error message in the logs:
error=Login required: Insufficient scope: Admin.Read
cloudreve-sync.2026-06-13.log
cloudreve-sync.2026-06-14.log
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE ON DATA SANITIZATION: All user data, IDs, IP, and sensitive information in both the logs have been sanitized (manually altered/removed) from the originals.
