Allow updates without requiring IDE restart

The plugin seem to fulfill requirements for updating without requiring a plugin restart. Test and push this feature if it is working.

Several improvements made to the plugin to cleanup. But due to the integration with filesystem operations, a clean removal of the plugin is very easy to guarantee. Closing this with this 99% implemented, but the last 1% just seem to complicated to put effort into.
