Error logs in console for the C kernel

After the update to CppInterOp 1.8.0, I see these error logs in the console for the wasm C kernel and the same would show up in the terminal while building the native C kernel

cc @Vipul-Cariappa I'm guessing the above is a C++ specific case and hinders the interpreter when run in C mode !? (probably need a check here)

Yes. It is not required when using C interpreter. You can make it conditional to C++ only.

Okay if you think this is a simple check around the declare call, let me mark it as a good first issue if that makes sense !
