How do you handle recruiters?

Hi there harry! I hope you're doing fine in those strange times.

Was wondering what your policy is regarding recruiters. Do you ignore them, make them clear you are not interested (how?) or stay open to see if the contact leads to something interesting for your business? Do you apply the same policy to all or have some you still talk to?
