Nice work, and thanks for keeping the consent gates in the port. Worth knowing that LifeOS also ships a Hermes path that goes the other direction: it mounts an existing install into Hermes rather than porting the skills over, so identity and memory stay in one place. It's in the Hermes doc under DOCUMENTATION if you want to compare notes.
