Explode functionallity

Hi guys,

i have been reading around the docs & guide and wasn't able to find out if you guys supporting pandas-like explode functionality https://pandas.pydata.org/pandas-docs/stable/reference/api/pandas.DataFrame.explode.html.

I feel like this is similar to the function inflateSeries, but not sure exactly.

I'm accepting PRs if you'd like to add an explode function. It will needs some docs and automated tests as well.

Thanks for quick answer, will look into inflateSeries and it is doesn't fit will probably raise a PR :)
