How to attack GnuPG or any other encryption algorithm with the Flush+Reload ?

Hello, I am having hard time figuring out the procedure to link F+R code to spy on an encryption algorithm to steal the secret key. Please help with the procedure to do the same. FYI: I am trying to do it with C-code and not Ruby.
