"freeze" bug with all rendered webms regardless of profile

Hi, I get a 1-2 second "freeze" bug for rendered webms where completed webms made will freeze frame for about 1-2 seconds before playing.
Steps to reproduce would be to just render a clipped video and then you will be able to see the effect.
