Sorry if this is in the wrong area, but I looked through the wiki and other areas [I may not have looked well enough] and I can't understand the the meaning of quality during encoding. I'm not sure if it refers to the bitrate of the action happening or what the final product resolves at. Once again sorry for it being put in the Issues section because I have no real issues with the program, this is just my first foray into video / webm editing and creation and I'd like to know what I'm dealing with so to speak.
