Document all auto-generated root fields in the GraphQL schema

I was looking at the Hasura explorer and noticed that there are some fields I didn't know we had available in our indexers, e.g. dynamic_contract_registry

I then browsed the Envio docs for clarification on these fields, but I couldn't find any:
