'Launch EIM' button in ESP-IDF Manager view is not functional when eim is installed externally

Describe the bug
In the Windows version of the Espressif IDE (v4.1.0) the 'Launch EIM' button in the ESP-IDF Manager view is not working when EIM was installed outside the IDE (with WinGet)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install EIM with WinGet winget install Espressif.EIM
2. Open Espressif IDE
3. Go to ESP-IDF Manager view
4. Press 'Launch EIM' button
5. A (terminal?) window is opened briefly then nothing happens

Expected behavior
The (graphical) EIM application is started

I was trying to reproduce your issue. On my side, the IDE cannot find EIM if it was installed using winget install Espressif.EIM However, in my case, the IDE offers a “Download and Launch EIM” button. And it works as expected.

I would like to ask you to upload logs using menu "Espressif->Generate Bug Report" in IDE. To have full picture.

I have to refine the order of events leading to the specified behaviour. Initially the EIM Tool was installed using the 'Download and Launch EIM' button. It was usable then, later the CLI-Tool was installed with winget install Espressif.EIM-CLI. And after that the graphical EIM was installed with winget. The CLI-Tool installation is maybe the culprit as the message in the Espressif IDF-Tools Console suggests:
