Documentation: Link on WatchEvent points to non existing site

Issue:
In the paragraph about the Shell-operator lifecycle WatchEvent links to https://kubernetes.io/docs/reference/generated/kubernetes-api/v1.17/#watchevent-v1-meta which does not exist anymore.

Edit:
The same applies for WatchEvent under Hooks --> Kubernetes --> Parameters.
Possible Solution
Change the link. I can only guess what the content of the old site was, but Efficient detection of changes from the Kubernetes documentation might be an acceptable alternative.
Remove WatchEvent under Parameters since there is also a link there for "Effecient detection of changes".
