Provide a way to look up detailed state for bundle txs

To build receipts i need access to state after each transaction in bundle

Would changing ExecutionResult to save BundleState for each transaction fixes this?

i.e. similar to how each transaction results is saved in a vec, to have states: Vec<BundleState> instead of state: BundleState.
