Clean up Apple pending hosts asynchronously when an admin deletes an AB token #51496

Description

Goal

User story
As a Fleet admin,
I want Apple pending hosts to be automatically cleaned up when I delete an AB token,
so that I don't end up with orphaned pending hosts that no sync will ever clean up.
