floyd-cli won't install from conda forge on Windows 10  #151

@ghost

Description

Hi

I was using anaconda 5.0.1 on a windows 10 machine.
The command
conda install -y -c conda-forge -c floydhub floyd-cli
resulted in the following error:
ERROR conda.core.link:execute_actions(337): An error occurred while installing package 'conda-forge::tabulate-0.8.1-py_0'.
CondaError: Cannot link a source that does not exist. C:\Users\mcsta\Anaconda3\Scripts\conda.exe
Running conda clean --packages may resolve your problem.
Attempting to roll back.
