Is it possible to create a universal background image template that can load and reuse a single background image repeatedly?

I have tried using SVG images, but the file size will still increase when there are too many calls.

I'm not sure if what I'm doing is correct. A single view takes up 5MB, so 20 views will exceed 100MB, making it impossible to import the project again after exporting it.

@yijiawl I suppose that your project have other not svg images, you should add in a view with the image (link) control
