Config file discussion

We need to store the user names in a config file.

I was previously using CSV.

Could use XML, JSON, YAML, CSV or ?

We are building some example web scrapers and attempting to build them in more than one language.

I was just using my user name from the various sites so far.

We have an app running here -> https://go-games.herokuapp.com/ which originally had the first 5 scrapers written in Golang.
