[Feature Request] Security Enhancement now that HTTPS and Bootstrapper updated

With the release of the newer more secure bootstrapper, there are kind of two parts to this request,

1: Log and show requests to the old domain, and perhaps put an alert on the dashboard that the system is receiving requests on the old details so we can update where appropriate.

2: When we disable the 9292 address, perhaps rather than a full disable using a 301 or 302 to redirect to the new secure address
