GitHub Action integration shows "no longer available" despite installation being connected

Environment

SaaS (https://sentry.io/)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Alerts > Create/Edit Alert Rule
2. Existing GitHub actions show the "no longer available" error; new GitHub action option does not appear in the list
3. Add a new THEN action > There is no option to select GitHub

Expected Result

GitHub actions should work since the integration is connected.

Already tried

• Fully removed and re-added the GitHub integration
• Confirmed installation shows as connected in Settings > Integrations > GitHub
• No config errors visible on the integration detail page

Actual Result

Action is blocked/hidden even though the integration connection itself looks healthy.
