Additional notes for reviewers

This is a corrected resubmission of #2503, which is closed. The accidental canvas keyword has been removed.

The plugin is rooted at the repository root; its GitHub Copilot manifest is .github/plugin/plugin.json, and the Skill entrypoint is skills/better-harness/SKILL.md.

The submitted SHA was preflighted with the current github/awesome-copilot external-plugin quality gate: Vally lint, install smoke test, and version match all passed.

Better Harness currently ships a portable HTML report for GitHub Copilot. Qoder Canvas output is host-specific and is not a GitHub Copilot Canvas extension; therefore this submission intentionally omits the canvas keyword.
