GoogleCL Fails with 403 error after November 18th update #568

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Try to use GoogleCL now.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'd expect the old results, instead I get error 403, Forbidden.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? What
version of gdata-python-client (aka python-gdata)?
0.9.11, Windows 32 bit (OS is Windows Server 2012 Small Business Edition)
